R 502 Economical and reliable new generation resistance annealing machine
R502 – belongs to the group of automatic annealing machines and they have the largest representation in the complex production lines for wire drawing and production that are offered by our parent company to our customers.
The R 502 is a high-end annealing machine with AC technology, designed for single or double wire production. Thanks to its innovative three-zone annealing system, which is electrically neutral, it eliminates current flow to other machines, ensuring greater reliability and safety. A simple wire path with no crossing, easily accessible slip rings and carbon brushes make maintenance easy and ensure long machine life.
The energy-saving design minimizes energy and shielding gas consumption. The ergonomic design and closed wire path guarantee easy operation, low operating costs and maximum efficiency – the ideal choice for modern production lines.
D632 Efficient braiding machine with high quality and energy saving
D632 belongs to the group of strawing machines – it makes up about ¼ of our production in CZ. Our machines are sold from Japan to America, which proves both their technological maturity and their high quality. These machines are tested directly in our plant in Nymburk and in many cases they leave our plant directly to the customer.
It is a strawing machine that offers maximum use of space thanks to the choice between left and right-hand versions and the superior material passage. Installation without the need for foundations on vibrating elements and aerodynamically optimised rotating components such as the ECO-Bow system ensure quiet operation and low energy consumption.
Energy-efficient AC technology, ECO-Bow and a cabinet fan with demand-controlled operation reduce operating costs. The D632 is the ideal solution for businesses that demand superior quality, productivity and energy savings.
BMV - Multifunctional opletačka with high efficiency and quality
BMV 16 belongs to the group of braiding machines – it makes up about ¼ of our production in CZ. Their sales are again represented worldwide. Their quality makes them one of the top and most powerful machines on the market.
BMV is a universal splicer designed for 12, 16 or 24 spools, combining cutting-edge technology with maximum flexibility. The design includes a soundproof enclosure with windows and ventilation system and maintenance-free AC drives. The NMI color touchscreen allows for easy operation, data entry and monitoring of production parameters.
The machine guarantees high braid quality thanks to the tension-controlled coil carriers and the optional braid flattening device on the BMV 24. Energy efficiency is ensured by a lubrication system with minimal lubricant consumption.
