Job description:
- control of orders in the production plan – depreciation, stock removal
- parts inspection, picking cooperation
- manages the warehouse and logistics department ranging from internal material transport between operations, co-operations, input material and finished goods warehouses
- continuously takes care of streamlining the activities of his subordinates and their development
- responsible for stock levels and inventory management of purchased parts and their physical registration in SAP
- Responsible for smooth and balanced picking planning for internal/external assembly
- Responsible for the smooth supply of materials to the production process, right up to the assembly lines
- Responsible for shipping the required finished products to our customers in the required volume and time
- Responsible for the evaluation of key indicators in the logistics department, their regular reporting and the creation, adoption and evaluation of the effectiveness of corrective actions from internal non-conformities; and
- complaints, reporting results and non-standard situations
- Responsible for compliance with HSE and EMS principles in his/her department and for compliance with ISO standards
- Ensuring timely material flow and related information flow between warehouse, production and supplier.
- control of all movements of materials and products with regard to optimal planning of the logistics of intake and output.
We require:
- at least secondary education
- experience in a similar position
- experience in managing people
- willingness and reliability
- user knowledge of MS Office
- experience in SAP system is an advantage
- knowledge of German or English
- experience with indicators or implementation of these corporate indicators
- Very good knowledge of material flows (Kanban, Milkrun, C-piece management, Just-in-Time, FiFo, etc.) and material flow setup in the warehouse
- Experience in using and implementing LEAN management, process analysis and improvement methods such as Shop-Floor, KVP, 5S, Value Stream Management.
- ability to assert oneself, organizational talent, active approach to work, independent decision making and problem solving.
